Hello Everyone :-)
After two pleasant, entertainment filled flights, we’ve finally arrived in Vancouver - and are THRILLED!!!

Although we have discovered that the city is made up of 50% Asian citizens, 10% TOTAL freaks, 10% backpackers (also freaks :-)) and only 20% real Canadians, it was absolutely worth it to start our trip here!

Everyone here is soooo friendly - unbelievable, you just have to stand around looking like a touri, and already someone comes along and offers to help.

Like the friendly old Chinese man (what else :-) ) who suggested that we rent bicycles to discover the cit. After about 45 minutes of walking, we finally found the bike rental - And the tip was really SUPER!!! We cycled all along the harbour and around the 12km long city park.

After a long and exhausting day in Vancouver, we fell into bed shortly after 8pm. At least we were up and fit early the next morning so that we could pick up our rental car!

We’re off to the Rockies!!! Bears watch out for Jenny’s bear bell! :-)
